Grape Varieties: 100% Palomino

Alcohol: 17.5%

Ageing: 3-4 years old matured under “Flor” by the system of “Soleras y Criaderas”, the traditional ageing system of Jerez.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw-coloured wine, very aromatic on the nose with almond-reminiscent bouquet giving sea minerality with fresh, steely notes. Dry and zesty on the palate with a light and delicate structure and lingering aftertaste.

Food Match: Ideal with salted almonds, fried fish, shellfish and cheeses.
