Grape Varieties: 100% Moscatel
Ageing: Natural sweet wine, with minimal alcohol fermentation in order to preserve the natural sweetness of the Moscatel. Subsequently undergoes oxidative ageing for approximately 3-4 years through the process of “Soleras y Criaderas” in American oak butts.
Tasting Notes: Dark chestnut in colour. Dense and
intense aromas with floral and fruit notes typical of the
Moscatel grape. On the palate the natural sweetness
combines with a subtle acidity and a hint of smokiness
typical of Moscatel.
Food Match: Perfect with cheeses boards and deserts.
