Grape Varieties: 90% Palomino, 8% Pedro Ximenez, 2% Moscatel
Ageing: 3-4 year old blend of Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Manzanilla and Moscatel aged by the system of Soleras and Criaderas, the traditional system of the Sherry region.
Tasting Notes: Dark mahogany-coloured wine, with a
scented bouquet of dried fruits (fig, raisin) and toasted
almonds. Soft and satisfying on the palate, with the
perfect level of sweetness balanced by body and
structure leaving a pleasant and persistent finish.
Food Match: Ideal with cheeses and pates, or as a
desert wine with sweet pastries.
