Grape Varieties: 100% Palomino

Alcohol: 17.5%

Ageing: Wine which has undergone oxidative ageing since its conception, 100% Palomino variety, aged for approximately 4-5 years through the process of “Soleras y Criaderas” in American oak butts.

Tasting Notes: Amber in colour, clear and
crystalline, with complex aromas of dried fruits
(fig, raisin) and nutty notes such as walnut and
hazelnut, along with hints of cedar. In the mouth
it is dry, soft and round on the palate, with a long
and persistent finish. On the palate, this is an
arresting sherry with a dry overlay to the subtle
sweetness that leads into a lingering aftertaste.

Food Match: Ideal with nuts, savoury snacks
and cheese boards with quince.
