Grape Varieties: 50% Macabeo, 30% Xarel.lo & 20% Parellada

Ageing: Traditional “Méthode Champenoise” for between 12 and 15 months.

Alcohol: 12%.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: The appearance is crystal-clear, pale lemon with golden highlights. Fine persistent bubbles form a fine rosary at the top.
Nose: Wild meadow flowers fusing into pleasant fruit aromas and subtle undertones of brioche and buttered toast.
Palate: Fresh with good acidity and balanced with very subtle floral undertones notes of citrus and pulp fruits. Rich secondary flavours of custard and flaky pastries also emerge in a rich, creamy mouthfeel. A sprightly and carbonic finish that lingers on the palate.
