Appearance: Bright, attractive, cherry–pink colour with well-developed small and consistent bubbles forming a gentle rosary.
Nose: This Cava has exuberant fruity aromas dominated by intense notes of fresh red fruits (strawberry) and hints of fine lees and dried berries.
Palate: This Cava explodes with juicy red fruit flavours (strawberry, raspberry, cherry). Rich, lively and well-balanced. Lingering and pleasant aftertaste with an elegant carbonic finish.
