Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale, straw-yellow colour with grass-green undertones.
Nose: On the nose, beautifully fragrant with rich aromas of freshly-cut grass, green apple, apricot, peach and tropical fruits with undertones of lemon blossom perfume.
Palate: Fresh citrus peel and grapefruit flavours lead on the palate with faint nuances of green apple and stone fruits (apricot, peach). Light effervescence accompanies the wine’s rich and refreshing mouthfeel, which is medium-bodied with zesty acidity and a lingering finish.
