Tasting Notes
Appearance: Dark cherry colour with deep red tones at the rim.
Nose: Black cherry aromas dominate on the nose combined cassis and violets and underpinned with earthy notes of scrub and spice.
Palate: On the palate the flavours are medium in intensity but still robust with toast and spicy notes sitting comfortably atop ripe plum and berry fruit, round and elegant on the finish.
