The vineyards are situated on steep hillsides at altitudes as high as 1000 meters, and the average age of the vines is 80 years . Low yields, hand harvesting and traditional winemaking result in wines of the most enduring elegance.

Pieros, the winery’s top wine, is made using the best and most expensive French oak barrel T-5 Taransaud for aging. T-5 uses wood exclusively from the exceptional forests of France, and is then seasoned for 5 years in open air before crafting into barriques.
