Tasting Notes
Appearance: Ruby tending to garnet red of medium intensity with brick hues.
Nose: Great complexity and olfactive depth with abundant mineral and flinty notes, spice and aromatic wild herbs.
Palate: Well-structured and arresting on the palate with marked flavours of ripe berries mingled with cocoa, vanilla, liquorice and sweet spice. Mature tannins, soft and round with an outstanding length on the finish dominated by tight fruit concentration.
