Tasting Notes
Appearance: Dark garnet colour with rhymes of fresh cherries.
Nose: Dark berries and subtle spices (black and white pepper), with a note of minerality (graphite), embedded in freshness and elegance. In the background, hints of chocolate, sweet spice and vanilla from the oakageing.
Palate: A fruit-forward wine with some complexity in the form of white pepper, chocolate and mineral notes. Excellent fruit concentration with grippy, well-integrated tannins which bring balance and depth. Finishes with a fresh but appetizing, meaty aftertaste which lingers on the palate.
