Denomination of Origin: Ribera Del Duero
Vineyard: Bodegas de los Ríos Prieto
Grape Varieties: 100% Tempranillo
Ageing: 6 months in American oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: A lively, deep blackberry colour with
violet undertones. On the nose, this wine is clean and
powerful with cherries, strawberries and blackberries
making up the profile of this monovarietal Tempranillo
wine. In the mouth, this wine tastes of well-seasoned,
stewed fruits, notes of toffee alongside toasted almonds
and hazelnuts. A smooth mouth-feel with soft tannins
and a long-lasting finish.
Food Match: A perfectly suitable wine for drinking alone
or with all types of grilled, stewed and assorted meats
and mature cheeses.
