Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels in the first and second year. Bottled without cold stabilisation and clarification. Minimum 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Deep layer of picota cherry red colour with
hints of violet. A nose full of red and ripe black fruit aromas,
accompanied by floral notes with perfectly integrated oak
and vanilla nuances. Powerful and full-bodied assault in
the mouth with plenty of dark fruit character and structure
leaving a long and pleasant finish.
Food Match: A perfect pairing to red meats, cheeses and leguminous vegetables.
